About UHM Unique HandyMan

We are a family business with around 20 years of experience and very well-defined values in terms of human relations and business relations. Our clients, for the most part, have become friends and have long-standing business relationships.

UHM develops in the business of construction and remodeling of houses and offices, although our criteria for remodeling and construction are not only devoted to the creation of structures; we are committed to generating greater value for the family, companies, and people in general.

Our company began its operations when, around 20 years ago, our CEO and founder, Juan Carlos Muñoz-Najar Perea began his work experience in the field of repairs and improvements for a company that owns rental properties.

Over the years, and having gained a lot of experience in the diversity and quantity of different types of arrangements and improvements, our founder began operations as a legal entity, providing services to the previously mentioned property company and providing services to other companies of the same line of business.

5 years after starting this experience, our company leaps to the field of remodeling and improvements of private homes, and with it, the growth becomes evident, not only in terms of our learning and experience but above all in the construction of business relationships and friendship with our clients with a very long history.

Today we can confidently say that around 75% of our new clients are referred by those we have served with our work.
